These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Student,” or “you”) and Rocket Learn (“RocketLearn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our global online learning platform (the “Service”). RocketLearn provides tutoring and academic support to help students prepare for and earn college credit through Advanced Placement (AP) and CLEP examinations.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, as required by applicable law.
RocketLearn provides online tutoring, academic guidance, and study resources.
You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with academic honesty. RocketLearn is not responsible for misuse of its services in violation of exam or institutional rules.
AP and CLEP exams are administered by third-party organizations. RocketLearn does not control exam content, scoring, policies, or certification outcomes.
All content, materials, software, and systems provided through the Service are owned by RocketLearn or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By submitting content to the platform (e.g., assignments, messages), you grant RocketLearn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RocketLearn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or educational outcome-related damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold RocketLearn harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RocketLearn is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or other legally permitted dispute resolution mechanisms, depending on applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Contact information will be made available within the platform.
